It depends on what you have, how many, and which devices fit the job. So we survey first and quote second. The survey is free, there's no obligation, and you'll have a figure quickly.
Because two lorries on the Nairobi–Malaba road need different hardware from twelve pickups in one county. A price list would be wrong for most people reading it.
Yes. Each device uses a SIM and data to report, and your account runs on our platform. We quote that upfront with everything else.
Yes. We come, look, advise and quote. If you don't go ahead, there's no charge.
Talk to us about what suits you. We'd rather agree terms that work than tie you in.
What we fit and how
Cars, pickups, lorries, buses, motorbikes and boda bodas, excavators, bulldozers and other construction machinery, tractors, combine harvesters and generators. If it has an engine and it matters to you, ask us.
No. Depending on what's fitted, it also reports fuel level, engine hours, ignition and idling, driver behaviour and temperature. We'll recommend what's worth fitting at the survey.
No. Our technicians come to your yard, site, farm, office or home, anywhere in Kenya. If you're far from a major town, we'll tell you honestly when we can get there.
A tracker is usually under an hour. Fuel sensors take longer because they're calibrated to your tank, and 360° cameras longest. We'll give you exact times at the survey.
No. We fit through proper fused connections, don't cut into anything that affects a warranty, and conceal everything behind trim.
We won't publish that. A tracker a thief can find in thirty seconds isn't protecting anything.
Yes, and we prefer it. We work in batches at your yard, including evenings and weekends, so vehicles stay on the road during working hours.
Using the system
Yes. There's an S-Track app for Android and iPhone, and a web dashboard for your computer.
To see live data, yes. The device has its own SIM and keeps reporting whether your phone is on or not.
It reports live wherever there's mobile coverage. In a gap it stores the data and sends it when signal returns, so trip history stays complete.
You can replay past trips and pull reports from the dashboard. Ask us about retention for your account.
Yes, and you control what each person sees — the whole fleet for your manager, only reports for your accountant.
That's your call. Telling drivers usually works better: behaviour improves, and the records protect good drivers as often as they expose bad ones.
Fuel monitoring
Accuracy depends on calibrating the sensor to your specific tank, which is part of every installation. We recalibrate during servicing, because sensors drift over time.
It shows when, where and how many litres. With trip records and driver assignments, that usually answers the question — and most fleets see losses fall within the first month.
You'll see that too. High consumption across every driver and route points at the vehicle — a leak or an engine that needs attention.
Most tanks, yes — lorries, buses, construction machinery and generators. We'll confirm yours at the survey.
Theft and recovery
Call [EMERGENCY_LINE] first. We locate it immediately and work with you and the police. Give the police the live location we provide, and don't follow the vehicle yourself.
Where immobilisation hardware is fitted, yes — only when it is safe to do so. Never at speed, never on a highway.
You're alerted the moment it's tampered with, disconnected or loses power, and a backup battery keeps it reporting for a while. A device that goes silent is itself an alarm.
Jamming is detected and flagged as an alert.
Support
We monitor device health and usually spot a fault first. If a device fails, we come to it and repair or replace it.
0727 509761 during [WORKING_HOURS], 0727 509761 on WhatsApp, or [EMAIL_SUPPORT]. Stolen vehicle: [EMERGENCY_LINE].
We move the device to the replacement and keep your history intact.
Often, yes. Where we can't move them onto our platform, we'll tell you plainly rather than sell you replacements you don't need.
